ON THE FOREFRONT OF MANUFACTURING THROUGH INNOVATION!

Safety First was started in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo Province, South Africa by Jacques de Troch in 1994. In these early years, the major sales revolved around gumboots, rainsuits, conti-suits and safety shoes and boots.

The market for these personal protective equipment increased dramatically with the South African Goverment establishing and enforcing new laws regarding the safety of the general worker.

Realising that suppliers in Gauteng could not keep up with this demand and still be affordable, we launched our own initiative in manufacturing and started producing our own unique range of conti-suits and ladies dresses and 2pces from April 2011.

With the increase in quantities and quality (please see under Factory for more information), it was the natural next move to open a new branch in Thohoyandou in August 2011.

Our range can be mixed to suit your wish or company. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to discuss any particular colour combination. We will be happy to manufacture to your needs.

We are the exlusive agents in the area for Bata and Dot Safety Boots and Shoes. Both Bata and Dot are such high quality workshoes that they offer a 6month wear-and-tear guarantee and we are happy to exchange should you experience any problem with these footwear. With the exception to gumboots.
